Sweet 70s dress in what I think is polyester. Open neck detail with collar, long sleeves and tie waist. Such a 70s vibe. In glorious shades of blue.
Suitable for a number of sizes really; measurements (taken when laid flat) are: bust 21", waist 21" (but can be cinched in with the waist belt) and full length is 42".
Throw on a faux fur or vintage leather, and cowboy boots or 70s platforms and you ready!
