REFUNDS POLICY
I hope you will be delighted with your purchase from Indie• Boho• Vintage, if however, you wish to return it please e-mail indiebohovintage@yahoo.com, quoting your name and invoice number, in the first instance.
Please return the item in the original packaging and condition for a full refund. *Unfortunately I am unable to accept earrings as returns, unless they arrive faulty or damaged.
My returns policy is 14 days, however I have temporarily extended this to 28 days given the current climate. Returns after 28 days unfortunately will not be accepted.
It is the customer's responsibility to pay the cost of return postage. Please either use a 'Signed For' service or obtain proof of postage. As the sender of the item you will need to contact your chosen postal service to claim compensation for loss if the item being returned goes missing. Unfortunately returned postage costs cannot be refunded unless goods are being returned due to an error on our part.
If your order arrives damaged, please e-mail indiebohovintage@yahoo.com and I will arrange a replacement or refund straightaway!
If a mistake putting your order together has been made- these things happen from time to time- please e-mail indiebohovintage@yahoo.com and I will rectify it pronto!
