I'd suggest 1yr ish, maybe 9-12 mths. Chest size is 22" and full length from top of shoulder to hem is 15 1/2". It zips up the back.
It's in nice vintage condition, with a tiny hole which is pictured but barely visible. I've priced accordingly.
